Output to Purpose Review 2002: Final Report

The Exchange programme ‘has established itself as a leader in the field of health communications and as a credible source of information and expertise… Exchange has been particularly effective in promoting the sharing of information and knowledge, increasing awareness and understanding of effective approaches to communication, and generating debate and discussion’.

That’s one of the conclusions of an output to purpose review (OPR) that was conducted in 2002 after the first 18 months of the programme’s operation.
